Plant erection was done under the supervision of experts from German Machinery suppliers. Production began in early 2009 after extensive performance guarantee tests (PGT) and detailed manpower training. A vision carried forward by of project sponsors to excel in the products for petro chemical industry as a main focus. At the same time, other segments such as packaging were also given equal importance. |
With a deep understanding of plastic business of over two decades, heavy investment was made keeping the future trends and requirements which were to come about. Careful consideration was given to each decision related to machines and auxiliary equipment. It was long ago perceived that in the times to come equipment speeds will be faster and new raw materials will have to be used. Down gauging will be needed to reduce costs and the performance expectation from the materials is likely to exceed.
